DashBoard
The introduction of the dashboard allows your business to enhance
visibility of organizational strategy, align actions with that
strategy, and allows your users to track KPIs, assign goals, and
collaborate and share knowledge.
Two types of dashboard tabs are offered, a traditional dashboard style
to quickly visualize trends and current business activity, and a KPI
tab that highlights the performance of key performance indicators

Data Builder
This feature allows users to load legacy data into FacTS to perform
periodic uploads of data from other systems and to perform field
validation on data while loading.

Database Table Audit
The Database Table Audit feature provides the ability to activate and
control full auditing features on select tables or the full database.

Facility Filtering
This feature allows users to filter or restrict data by facility
throughout the application. When a centralized database is used for
data entry, this feature can fulfill two basic goals - confidentiality,
protecting one facility from accessing the data of other facilities,
and ease of use, allowing users to select their own data.

Label Builder
Label Builder allows users to create labels using standard language and
adjust screen layouts. Software workflow can be adjusted based on user
needs without custom programming or source code changes.

Multiple Language Support
This feature allows users to enable FacTS to display an alternative
(and/or foreign) set of messages instead of the default text. This
enables each company to modify the standard messages and phrases within
FacTS to accommodate the specific messages or acronyms used in their
facilities. The system administrator can associate a specific message
set for each user.

Scheduler
The Scheduler is used to automatically schedule the generation of
reports at a particular date and time, using pre-specified selection
criteria. This feature is for users that need to run the same report on
a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis.

WebRTK
The WebRTK module allows users to access scanned images of the Material Safety Data Sheets from
Intranet capable user stations. One of the primary purposes of the MSDS is to provide health hazard,
first aid, and other information about products and chemicals to the employees that use them.
A Company is obligated by Right-To-Know (RTK) legislation to make this information available so
that chemicals may be handled safely in the work place. The scanned images of the MSDS can also
provide EH&S professionals with a valuable training tool for classes on Product Safety, First Aid,
and Spill Reaction and Cleanup.
