Quantum Compliance Systems, Inc. provides customers with copies of the User Manuals and Training Manuals with the FacTS™ software, as follows: The User Manual is a comprehensive guide to the entire system purchased by the customer. Its customized to the modules the customer has selected for implementation. Each student assigned to a training class receives one copy of the Training Manual. It lists the course objectives and provides copies of slides and accompanying notes, section quizzes, instructor feedback forms, and other related information. The modularity of FacTS™ means that working with a single vendor, you can start with the suites/features you need and add additional suites/ features as your requirements increase. Each new feature cleanly integrates with all the others.
