Program Management is the advocate for customers, the voice of the customer, inside Quantum. They:
- Manage and leverage the in-house resources to meet our customers' expectations.
- Understand the what and the how of the customers' functional requirements.
- Translate those requirements into design specifications and terms that the Subject Matter Experts and Technical Analysts will use to develop the end product configuration.
- Manage the implementation schedule.
- Act as the first and primary contact for the customer with regards to training, technical questions, and support activities.
Subject Matter Experts
Our Subject Matter Experts have expertise in both regulatory and operational areas of waste, water, air, industrial hygiene and overall business practices. They:
- Provide a unique service in assisting in the implementation of complex reporting requirements.
- Provide environmental risk assessments.
- Proactively identify potential problem areas and work flow optimization.
- Provide content for documentation and training materials.
- Act as the second line of customer interface for support and technical questions.
Technical Analysts
Our Technical Analysts use our internal development tool set and external tools (HTML, XML, JAVA, Visual Basic, and others) to customize our products to meet our customer’s unique business and work flow needs. They develop new enhancement tools, assist in or configure data migration/on-going interfaces, prepare customer specific reports, and maintain data integrity during the implementation phase and throughout the life of the relationship.
Using our Business Intelligence tool, EHS Dashboard, our Technical Analysts can develop reports for customer metrics using data in FacTS and other enterprise-wide database systems. These metrics can track corporate carbon footprint, life cycle analysis and management, water, energy, and material usage. Once developed, the customer can schedule running the reports, or modify them as needs change.
Consulting Services
The PSG also provides our customers with consulting services specific to the EH&S information management field. By providing this service, they assist our customers in evaluating needs, gaps, and the big-picture to future growth or expansion requirements in EH&S systems. This service is of growing importance to both our current and potential customers. PSG can provide an independent review for benchmarking and developing best practices, thus creating a business value through environmental information management. They also provide an up-front evaluation of where improvements need to be made to get the greatest return of any investment. Finally, using their field experience, potential EH&S risks can be identified and potential accidents, violations, and adverse environmental impact can be avoided.
Using their FacTS and EH&S knowledge, PSG also offers our customers consulting services in the generation and validation of compliance reports. PSG can run the appropriate rollup utilities, run comparison reports looking for data anomalies, and work with EHS staff to resolve data errors, before EHS staff perform the final report review and submission. This frees up EHS staff to focus on more important plant something tasks.
