all Quantum's products. The APSP covers both
standard products as well as non-standard or custom products. APSP is
the most efficient and economical way to maintain the value of Quantum's products.

the product documentation, FacTS Customer Support Department can
be reached immediately, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm EST,
to answer questions.
The combination of trained users at the customer facility and
available telephone support from Quantum
is the most cost-effective way to operate the FacTS EH&S products.
